  • No questions asked (though I appreciate feedback)

Services:

  • Refund policy outlined in individual service agreements

  • Generally: Full refund if we haven't started work; prorated refund after work begins

  • I want you happy, so if something's not working, let's talk

6. Intellectual Property

What's Mine:

  • All content on this website (text, images, videos, frameworks, templates)

  • The Revenue Stack™ and The 5-Layer Profit System™ (my frameworks)

  • Any materials I create for you (unless our contract says otherwise)

What You Can Do:

  • Use purchased templates/products for your own business

  • Reference my frameworks with proper attribution

  • Share links to my content

What You Can't Do:

  • Claim my work as your own

  • Resell my products or templates

  • Copy my website design or content

  • Use my frameworks to create competing products

7. Client Responsibilities

If you hire me for services, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary accounts/information

  • Respond to requests within agreed timeframes

  • Pay invoices on time

  • Be respectful to me and my team

If you don't hold up your end, I reserve the right to pause work or terminate the agreement.

8. Disclaimer

Results Not Guaranteed:

I share strategies that have worked for me and my clients. But I can't guarantee specific results for you.

Your results depend on many factors: your offer, your audience, your execution, your market, timing, and honestly—luck.

I'll give you my best work. You have to do yours.
